These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of The Balnoon Inn website and, where applicable, bookings and enquiries made through the website.

2. Website information
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. Opening times, menus, prices, events, facilities and availability may change without notice. Photographs are illustrative and individual rooms or arrangements may vary.
3. Accommodation bookings
Accommodation bookings are subject to availability and the terms presented during booking. Where a booking is made through an external booking provider, that provider's booking terms may also apply.
4. Restaurant reservations
Restaurant reservations are subject to availability. Please arrive at the agreed time and contact us if you are delayed or need to cancel. Dietary requirements and allergies should be communicated to us in advance or at the time of booking. While we take reasonable care, we cannot guarantee food is completely free from allergens.
5. Venue hire and private events
Venue hire is subject to separate arrangements agreed with The Balnoon Inn. Event-specific terms covering payment, cancellation, catering, staffing, capacity, damage and other arrangements may form part of the booking agreement.
6. Campervan stays
Campervan stays are subject to availability and the arrangements confirmed at booking. Where applicable, the advertised £20 per-night donation and any qualifying food and drink spend conditions apply as stated at the time of booking. Guests must follow reasonable site rules and staff instructions.
7. Dogs and pets
Dogs are welcome in accordance with the facilities and arrangements applicable to the relevant booking. Owners remain responsible for their dogs and for preventing damage, nuisance or risk.
8. Payment
Payment methods, deposits and payment deadlines depend on the service booked. Third-party payment providers may have their own terms.
9. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund arrangements may vary by booking, rate or service. The conditions presented at the time of booking will apply.
10. Damage and loss
Guests and customers are responsible for damage caused to our property other than reasonable wear and tear. We may seek reasonable reimbursement for damage, loss or additional cleaning caused by a customer's actions.
11. Personal belongings and parking
Customers are responsible for personal belongings. Parking is subject to availability and vehicles and their contents remain the responsibility of their owners.
12. Third-party services
The website may link to third-party websites and booking services. We are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or terms.
13. Website availability
We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or free from errors. We may suspend or change it for maintenance, updates or operational reasons.
14. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding, graphics, photographs and other material belong to or are lawfully used by The Balnoon Inn or its licensors and must not be reproduced or commercially exploited without permission.

We will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, fire, power failure, government restrictions, industrial action or other significant events beyond our control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any applicable consumer rights.
